Mark completed his Bachelor of Arts from Lemoyne College in 1978. He received his degree in Law from Albany Law school 1981. Mark was admitted to the NYS Bar in 1982 and since then he has been representing the interests of injured workers.

Timothy graduated Magna Summa Cum Laude in Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College, NY in 2000. He received his Law degree from Syracuse University- College of Law in 2003. Timothy was admitted to the NYS Bar and practicing since 2004.
